Jobright alternatives are for job seekers who want an AI agent to find roles and apply for them, but want prices published up front, a tech-only search, or an agent their own AI assistant can run. LoopCV auto-applies across job boards from a free plan, JobCopilot applies from company career pages with an optional review step, AIApply's Hybrid mode sends strong fits and holds the rest, Simplify autofills for free and applies on Simplify+, and Dreamwork, an AI job search agent for tech roles, writes a resume and cover letter for each job and sends it with your approval or on Autopilot.
We make Dreamwork, and it's on this list. Everything about the other tools comes from their own websites, on the dates shown, with links under Sources. The table lists Dreamwork first. The write-ups below are in alphabetical order, not ranked.

How we picked them
Jobright's agent matches roles and applies for you, so every tool here sends applications too, according to its own site. None of them is autofill alone. For each AI auto-apply tool and AI job search agent here, Dreamwork included, we checked the same things: whether it submits or only fills in the form, whether you can see each application first, whether each one is written for the job, what it costs, and whether your own AI assistant can run it.

Jobright alternatives: FAQ
What is the best alternative to Jobright?
It depends on why you're looking. For a free plan with published prices, LoopCV, from €9.99 a month. For more applications with a review option, JobCopilot, up to 20 or 50 a day from company career pages. For a fit threshold, AIApply's Hybrid mode sends jobs scoring 75 or higher and holds the rest. For free autofill, Simplify. For tech roles ranked to your resume, with a resume and cover letter written for each, Dreamwork. We make Dreamwork, so check each tool's own pages, linked under Sources.
Do any Jobright alternatives offer referrals?
Insider referrals are Jobright's real edge, and Dreamwork has no referral feature. JobCopilot sells hiring-manager contacts for credits. If referrals are why you use Jobright, keep it for that, and don't point a second tool at the same jobs, or an employer may get two applications from you.
How much do Jobright and its alternatives cost?
Jobright is free to start, and its paid prices aren't on its product pages. LoopCV has a free plan and paid plans from €9.99 a month. JobCopilot starts at $8.90 a week. AIApply's Auto Apply starts at $49 a month for 100 applications, with no free trial. Simplify's Copilot is free, and Simplify+ adds Autopilot. Dreamwork is free to start, and sending for you is on the paid plans: Pro is $39 a month or $99 a quarter, and Dreamer is $149 a month or $379 a quarter.
Which Jobright alternatives can I run from Claude or ChatGPT?
We found no MCP server on Jobright's site. AIApply has Claude and ChatGPT connectors over MCP, read-only until you allow applying. Dreamwork runs an MCP server, so Claude or any MCP client can search roles, build application packs, and apply, with your confirmation before each send. LoopCV's MCP server is in beta behind a waitlist, and Simplify says it publishes none.
Which alternatives show me each application before it's sent?
JobCopilot can save each filled-in application for your review, AIApply has a Review mode where you approve every job, and LoopCV's One-Click Apply lets you review first. Dreamwork's one-tap apply shows you each application before it goes; its Autopilot, if you turn it on, sends without asking each time. Simplify+ Autopilot has no review step.
