AIApply alternatives in 2026

AIApply alternatives are for job seekers who want auto-apply without paying extra for tailored materials, which AIApply sells as $12-a-month add-ons, or who want a free plan or approval on every send. LoopCV auto-applies across job boards from a free plan, JobCopilot applies from company career pages with an optional review step, Jobscan's Auto Apply sends nothing without your approval, LazyApply sends in bulk on yearly plans, and Dreamwork, an AI job search agent for tech roles, writes a resume and cover letter for each job and sends it when you tap Apply or on Autopilot. Keep AIApply if mock interviews and a live interview assistant beside auto-apply are what you want; choose Dreamwork if you want a resume and cover letter written for each tech role without add-ons. Dreamwork is free to start, and sending for you starts on Pro at $99 a quarter (about $33 a month) or $39 month to month. New accounts can try Pro free for 7 days, then it's $39 a month unless you cancel.

We make Dreamwork, and it's on this list. Everything about the other tools comes from their own websites, on the dates shown, with links under Sources. The table lists Dreamwork first. The write-ups below are in alphabetical order, not ranked.

How Dreamwork sends: On Pro and Dreamer, tap Apply and Dreamwork writes a resume and cover letter for the role and sends the application. To check each one before it goes, set your Apply button to Review first. Autopilot, if you turn it on, applies to matches above your minimum match score without asking each time, up to 50 a month on Pro and 300 on Dreamer, and you can pause it anytime.

How we picked them

AIApply's Auto Apply submits applications for you, so every tool here does too, according to its own site. Jobscan's sends only what you approve. For each AI auto-apply tool and AI job search agent here, Dreamwork included, we checked the same things: whether it submits or only fills in the form, whether you can see each application first, whether each one is written for the job, what it costs, and whether your own AI assistant can run it.

Do any AIApply alternatives work with Claude or ChatGPT?

Dreamwork runs an MCP server, so Claude or any MCP client can search roles, build application packs, and apply, with your confirmation before each send. LoopCV's MCP server is in beta behind a waitlist. We found no job-seeker MCP server on Jobscan's, JobCopilot's, or LazyApply's sites. AIApply's own connectors are read-only until you allow applying.
