What is Dreamwork?

Dreamwork is an AI job search agent for tech professionals. It ranks live roles against your resume, writes a tailored resume, cover letter and answers for each role you pick, and submits it when you tap Apply, or on its own if you turn on Autopilot.

Is Dreamwork legit?

Yes. Dreamwork is built by Ponder Labs, Inc. and was founded by Colin Johnson (CEO) and Ben Adamsky (CTO). Its prices are published, matching is free, and it applies on each employer's own career site or applicant tracking system with a resume and cover letter written from your real resume. It doesn't log in to LinkedIn or automate Easy Apply.

How much does Dreamwork cost?

On Dreamwork, Free is $0, Pro is $99 a quarter (about $33 a month) or $39 month to month, and Dreamer is $379 a quarter (about $126 a month) or $149 month to month. The Free plan includes unlimited matches, and a tailored resume and cover letter for 5 jobs a day. You apply yourself: each job links to the employer's own application page, with the resume and cover letter ready. Dreamwork sends for you on Pro and Dreamer. Paid plans bill monthly or quarterly, with no annual contract.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, for Pro. New accounts can try Pro free for 7 days, then it's $39 a month unless you cancel. The trial includes Apply and Autopilot, so Dreamwork can send applications for you during it. It's on monthly billing, one per account, and you can start it from the pricing page or when you go to apply or upgrade. Checkout asks for a card; cancel before the 7 days end and you aren't charged.

How much can I do for free?

The Free plan includes unlimited job matches and a tailored resume and cover letter for 5 jobs a day. You also get a match score on every job, all your applications in one place, and no ads. On the free plan you apply yourself: each job links to the employer's own application page, with your resume and cover letter ready.

How many jobs can Dreamwork apply to for me?

Up to 50 applications a month on Pro and 300 on Dreamer, counting Apply and Autopilot together. On the Free plan Dreamwork doesn't send for you; it includes unlimited matches, and a tailored resume and cover letter for 5 jobs a day. You apply yourself: each job links to the employer's own application page, with the resume and cover letter ready. Autopilot is off until you turn it on.

Does Dreamwork submit applications without my approval?

Only if you turn on Autopilot. Otherwise nothing is sent until you tap Apply on a role. Apply sends the application once it is written, or, if you choose Review first, holds it for you to check and send. Turning on Autopilot gives Dreamwork permission to apply to matching roles for you, and you can pause it anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing in the app or by emailing [email protected]. Your paid features stay on to the end of the period you already paid for, then your account goes back to the Free plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Is my data safe with Dreamwork?

Dreamwork uses TLS for all traffic, encrypts resume files at rest, and keeps API keys hashed. Your resume goes to an employer when an application is sent, by you or by Autopilot, and to a recruiter only if Dreamwork introduces you for a relevant role. Dreamwork does not use your personal resume content to train public, third-party, or its own general-purpose AI models. You can delete your account in Profile, and personal data is removed within 30 days.

How many job listings does Dreamwork search?

Dreamwork tracks 2.2M+ active roles, a live count as of Nov 8, 2026. It counts every job listing currently marked active in Dreamwork, across all sources and countries, including listings still being processed or de-duplicated. They come from company career pages and public listings, crawled daily, and are ranked to your resume, with a focus on tech, AI, and startup roles.

No. Dreamwork, at dreamworkhq.com, is an AI job search agent for tech professionals and is not related to DreamWorks Animation or its parks. It is made by Ponder Labs, Inc.
