Is Dreamwork legit?
Yes. Dreamwork is an AI job search agent for tech professionals, built by Ponder Labs, Inc. and founded by Colin Johnson (CEO) and Ben Adamsky (CTO). It applies on each employer's own career site or applicant tracking system, with a resume and cover letter written from your real resume, and it doesn't log in to LinkedIn or automate Easy Apply. Matching is free, and sending for you is on paid plans: Pro is $99 a quarter (about $33 a month) or $39 month to month. Dreamer is $379 a quarter (about $126 a month) or $149 month to month.
We make Dreamwork, so this is our own account of it. Each section links the page with the full detail, and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern where they differ.
Who builds Dreamwork?
Dreamwork (dreamworkhq.com) is an AI job search agent for tech professionals. It finds live roles that fit your resume, writes a tailored application for each one, and auto-applies for you, in one tap or on its own with Autopilot. Dreamwork is not affiliated with DreamWorks Animation.
Dreamwork is built by Ponder Labs, Inc. Colin Johnson, co-founder and CEO, leads product and go-to-market. Ben Adamsky, co-founder and CTO, owns the systems that find roles and rank them. Branislav Djalic, the lead developer, owns the pipeline that writes, submits, and verifies each application. Dreamwork publishes its MCP server on npm as @dreamworkhq/mcp, and support is at [email protected]. About the team
How does Dreamwork apply for you?
On the employer's own application form, the one you'd fill in by hand, with an application written for that role.
- Dreamwork applies on company career sites and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and iCIMS), not through a LinkedIn account.
- Each resume and cover letter is built from the experience you already have. It changes emphasis and wording for the role, not the facts.
- Free plan: unlimited matches and a tailored resume and cover letter for 5 jobs a day. On the free plan you apply yourself: each job links to the employer's own application page, with your resume and cover letter ready.
- On Pro and Dreamer, tap Apply and Dreamwork writes a resume and cover letter for the role and sends the application. To check each one before it goes, set your Apply button to Review first. Autopilot, if you turn it on, applies to matches above your minimum match score without asking each time, up to 50 a month on Pro and 300 on Dreamer, and you can pause it anytime.
- Every application shows up on your Dashboard. If a form can't be submitted automatically, the pack stays ready for you to send yourself.
The longer version, step by step: Is AI auto-apply safe?
Does auto-apply get you banned or flagged by employers?
From LinkedIn, it can, if the tool drives your LinkedIn account. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorized automated methods, and LinkedIn's help center says members who use third-party automation risk having their accounts restricted or shut down. Dreamwork doesn't log in to LinkedIn or automate Easy Apply. It applies on company career sites and applicant tracking systems.
No tool can promise how an employer screens applications, and Dreamwork doesn't claim to be undetectable. What an employer sees is the application: your resume, cover letter, and answers, under your own name. What counts against one is what's in it, like a resume that doesn't fit the role or answers that don't match your background, and sending the same resume to every role makes that easy to do at scale. Dreamwork writes each application for the role from your real resume and sends it through the employer's own form, the one you'd fill in by hand.

Is it safe to give Dreamwork my LinkedIn login?
Dreamwork doesn't ask for your LinkedIn login, because it doesn't log in to LinkedIn or automate Easy Apply. Your profile holds your LinkedIn URL only if you add it. Employers reach you through a private Dreamwork relay address, so they don't see your personal inbox, and a copy of each message is forwarded to you. If you connect Claude or another assistant, you choose what it may do, and submitting starts switched off.
What does Dreamwork cost, and can I get a refund?
Plans bill monthly or quarterly, with no annual contract. Cancel anytime, and paid features run to the end of the billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 30 days and the charge is reviewed in good faith. Cancelling, refunds, and what the Terms say
Is my data safe?
Dreamwork uses TLS for all traffic, encrypts resume files at rest, and keeps API keys hashed. Your resume goes to an employer when an application is sent, by you or by Autopilot, and to a recruiter only if Dreamwork introduces you for a relevant role. Dreamwork does not use your personal resume content to train public, third-party, or its own general-purpose AI models. You can delete your account in Profile, and personal data is removed within 30 days. What is stored, who processes it, and how to delete it
