Simplify Review 2026: Free Autofill, Paid Autopilot
Copilot autofill costs nothing. Autopilot, the part that submits for you, is on Simplify+ and has no review step.
Simplify is a free autofill extension, Copilot, plus a paid agent, Autopilot, that fills and submits applications with no review step. It suits people who apply on many sites and want free autofill. Simplify+ is $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months, with 20 Autopilot credits a week. Dreamwork is the better pick if you want tech roles ranked to your resume and the option to check each application first.
How this review was done
This review is built from Simplify's own public pages: its help center articles on pricing and Autopilot, its Copilot page, its homepage and its llms.txt file, all read signed out on 5 November 2026. We did not buy Simplify+, so nothing here is a test report, and where Simplify's pages don't settle a point we say so.
Full disclosure: Dreamwork builds an AI job-application agent, so we compete with Simplify directly. The scores below come from the criteria and weights we publish under how we compare, which we chose, and the cells there link every finding to the page it came from.
What Simplify is in November 2026
Simplify is two products under one account. Copilot is a free browser extension that fills in application forms from your profile and leaves the submit button to you. Autopilot is an agent on the paid Simplify+ plan that fills in and submits applications for you on the postings it supports.
Copilot's own FAQ says it autofills on over 100 job boards and application portals, and that there is no limit on how many applications you can submit with it. The same page says autofill, the application tracker, job matches and the basic resume builder are features Simplify commits to keeping free for everyone. Its help center adds Gmail integration to the free list.
The homepage shows 4.9/5 beside "Trusted by 2M+ job seekers", and the Copilot page says Simplify users have submitted 200M+ applications with Copilot. Neither figure names a source or a review count on the page, so treat both as Simplify's own claims.
Simplify+ prices, checked 5 November 2026
simplify.jobs/pricing returned a 404 when we checked. Simplify's prices live in a help center article, "What's included in Simplify+ (features and pricing)", which lists three standard web plans.
| Simplify+ plan | Price per billing period | Renews |
|---|---|---|
| 1 week | $19.99 | Every week until cancelled |
| 1 month | $39.99 | Every month until cancelled |
| 3 months | $89.99 | Every three months until cancelled |

The three-month plan is the cheapest per month, at about $30. The weekly plan works out to roughly $87 a month if you keep it, so it only makes sense for a short burst. The help article says each amount is charged for the full period, and that App Store pricing, offers and older plans can differ from these standard prices.
Autopilot: what it does and what it skips
You open a job on Simplify, choose Autopilot beside Apply, pick how to prepare the application, and confirm. Simplify's help article is direct about what happens next: Autopilot "fills out and submits it without a review step." Starting the run authorizes submission. If you want to read the finished form before it reaches the employer, the same article tells you to use Copilot instead.

- Simplify+ includes 20 Autopilot credits a week. A credit is used only when an application is submitted, failed or cancelled runs are free, and unused credits do not roll over.
- You choose your default resume or a tailored one for each run. Tailoring is included in the application's credit, and Autopilot writes a cover letter when the form requires one.
- Autopilot shows the generated resume and cover letter in your documents afterwards, not before it submits.
- It runs only on postings Simplify supports, and not on a job already marked applied.
Twenty a week is about 86 a month. That is more than the 50 Dreamwork's Pro plan sends, and fewer than the bulk-sending tools in our LazyApply review advertise.
Where Simplify wins
- Free autofill with no cap. If you send your own applications and mostly want to stop retyping your history, Copilot is free and its FAQ says there is no limit. Dreamwork's free plan doesn't autofill other sites; you apply yourself from the employer's page.
- Breadth. Copilot works on any site it supports, across every kind of role. Dreamwork focuses on tech, AI and startup roles.
- Short commitments. A one-week plan exists. Dreamwork bills monthly or quarterly.
- Hands-off sending without setup. Autopilot submits once you start a run. Dreamwork's Autopilot applies only above a minimum match score you set, and stays off until you turn it on.
Simplify vs Dreamwork
| Simplify | Dreamwork | |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | Copilot autofill, tracker, job matches, basic resume builder; you submit | A tailored resume and cover letter for 5 jobs a day; you apply yourself |
| Applies for you | Autopilot, on Simplify+ | Apply and Autopilot, on paid plans |
| Review before it sends | Not with Autopilot; use Copilot and submit yourself | Optional: set Apply to Review first |
| Resume per job | Tailored per run on Simplify+, if you choose it | Written for every role, on every plan |
| Volume on the cheapest paid plan | 20 Autopilot credits a week | 50 applications a month on Pro |
| Price | $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for 3 months | Free to start. Pro is $99 a quarter (about $33 a month) or $39 month to month |
| Runs from your AI assistant | Its llms.txt says no MCP server or API is published | MCP server; confirms before each send |
| Scores from our November 4, 2026 check | 65 of 100, ranked 5 of 8 | 90 of 100; we make it and chose the weights |
New accounts can try Pro free for 7 days, then it's $39 a month unless you cancel. The trial is on monthly billing, one per account, and checkout asks for a card.

So, is Simplify worth it?
Copilot is worth installing if you apply to jobs yourself, whichever tool you pick for the rest. Simplify+ is worth paying for if you want an agent that submits without asking, and 20 a week covers your search. Check the default resume in your documents before the first run, because Autopilot sends without showing you the draft.
Pick Dreamwork instead if you are looking for tech roles and want them ranked to your resume, with a resume and cover letter written for each one and the choice to read every application before it goes. We set the two side by side in Dreamwork vs Simplify, and Simplify alternatives adds the other tools people use instead.
Frequently asked questions
Is Simplify free?
Partly. Simplify's Copilot extension, job tracker, job matches, basic resume builder and Gmail integration are free, and its FAQ says Copilot has no application limit. Autopilot, which submits applications for you, and the AI tailoring and writing tools need Simplify+.
How much does Simplify+ cost in 2026?
Simplify's help center lists $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 every three months for the standard web plans, each renewing until cancelled. It says App Store pricing and promotional offers can differ. We read those prices on 5 November 2026.
Does Simplify Autopilot let you review applications before they are sent?
No. Simplify's help article says Autopilot fills out and submits the application without a review step, and that starting the run authorizes submission. To check a form before it goes, Simplify points you to Copilot, where you submit yourself.
How many applications can Simplify Autopilot send?
Simplify+ includes 20 Autopilot credits a week. One credit is used for each application it submits, failed or cancelled runs don't use one, and unused credits don't roll over. Autopilot only runs on postings Simplify supports.
Can I run Simplify from Claude or ChatGPT?
Simplify's llms.txt says it doesn't currently publish a public API, webhooks or an MCP server. Dreamwork publishes an MCP server, so Claude or another MCP client can search roles and apply, with your confirmation before each send.
Is Simplify or Dreamwork better for tech jobs?
For a tech search where you want roles ranked to your resume and each application written for the role, Dreamwork. For free autofill across many sites and every kind of role, Simplify's Copilot. We make Dreamwork, so check both tools' own pages, linked under Sources.
