Jobright Review 2026: A U.S. Job Agent With No Price List

Jobright's agent matches, tailors and applies. Its pages don't publish a price, and they cover U.S. roles only.

The short answer

Jobright is an AI job agent for U.S. roles: it matches jobs to you, customizes your resume, applies for you, and surfaces insider connections for referrals. It suits a broad U.S. search where referral leads matter. It is free to start with daily credits, and its paid unlimited option has no price on its pages. Dreamwork is the better pick if you want published prices and the option to check each tech application before it goes.

How this review was done

This review comes from Jobright's own public pages: its AI agent page, homepage and job autofill page, read signed out on 5 November 2026, with each FAQ answer opened. We did not create an account, so nothing here is a test report. Jobright's sign-up flow may show prices and limits that its public pages don't, and we haven't seen them.

Full disclosure: Dreamwork builds an AI job-application agent, so we compete with Jobright directly. Our score follows the criteria and weights under how we compare, which we chose.

What Jobright is in November 2026

Jobright's agent page says the agent "streamlines your entire job search, proactively matching roles, customizing your resume, and applying for you." A section headed "90% Job Search Automation" adds: "One click and your resume goes out perfectly tailored, the application forms are filled, and every submission is tracked for you." The button under it reads Unlock Auto-Apply.

Around the agent sit Resume AI, AI Job Match, Insider Connections for referral leads, an AI career copilot called Orion, an H1B Jobs section and a free Job Autofill extension. The job feed on the page showed postings across functions, from software engineering to talent acquisition and utilities, so this is not a tech-only product.

Jobright AI agent page headed Skip the hunt, Land more interviews, saying the agent matches roles, customizes your resume and applies for you, above badges and figures of 3,000,000 trusted users, 3x interviews landed and 80 percent time saved.

The page also shows 3,000,000 trusted users, "3x interviews landed", "80% time saved", and badges for Product Hunt, OpenAI and a 4.8 Trustpilot score. None of these carry a source or a date on the page, so we report them as Jobright's claims rather than as facts. One FAQ answer looks out of date: it says the rest of the agent's features "will be launched in June", with no year.

What Jobright costs

Its agent page FAQ answers "Is Jobright free to use?" with: "every feature comes with a fresh batch of daily free credits. For those who need more flexibility, we offer a paid option with unlimited access." The homepage FAQ says all features are free to use, that resume tailoring has daily usage limits, and that a paid option gives unlimited access.

Jobright agent page FAQ with the question Is Jobright free to use opened, answering that every feature comes with a fresh batch of daily free credits and that a paid option offers unlimited access.

Neither page names a price, a credit count or a limit, and jobright.ai/pricing returned a 404 when we checked. The only Pricing link on its homepage goes to jobright.ai/employers/pricing, for employers. So we can't tell you what the paid option costs, how many daily credits you get, or whether the free credits cover auto-apply, which sits behind the Unlock Auto-Apply button.

What its pages leave unanswered

  • Whether you see each application first. "One click and your resume goes out" could describe a review step or a one-tap send. The page doesn't say which.
  • Whether the agent sends without that click. Its pages don't describe a hands-off mode.
  • Limits. No plan publishes a number of applications a day or a month.
  • Where it works. Its FAQ says it currently supports U.S.-based opportunities, with expansion underway.
  • AI assistant access. We found no MCP server or agent API on its site.

Those gaps shape its score. Our method leaves a point Jobright's pages don't settle out of the score rather than guessing, so its 63.6 of 100 rests on the 55 of 100 points we could verify. The ranking shows how each one scored, with the page it came from.

Where Jobright wins

  • Referral leads. Insider Connections looks for people at the company who could refer you. Dreamwork has no referral feature.
  • A guided search. Its agent page offers a personalized search plan and advice on which skills to sharpen, and Orion is its AI career copilot. We don't coach.
  • Breadth inside the U.S. It covers roles well outside tech. Dreamwork focuses on tech, AI and startup roles.
  • Free autofill. Its Job Autofill extension is free to start for applications you send yourself.

So, is Jobright worth it?

It costs nothing to try, and for a U.S. search where a referral would help, Insider Connections may be worth a look; we haven't used it. Before you unlock auto-apply, find out in the product what the paid option costs, how many applications it sends, and whether you see each one before it goes, because its public pages don't say.

Pick Dreamwork instead if you want a tech search with published prices and limits, a resume and cover letter written for each role, and the choice to read every application first, or to run the search from your own AI assistant. See Dreamwork vs Jobright for the side-by-side and Jobright alternatives for the other tools people use instead.
