Starting Salary: $110k-$130k Plus Bonus
HealthPoint is a large outpatient muti-specialty healthcare practice; seeking an executive leader for its revenue cycle responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior experience in which they lead medical revenue cycle teams; with hand-on in, depth billing experience. This role is responsible for the success of all revenue cycle processes and teams. This position will oversees the Credentialing team and Credentialing functions in addition to the Billing team.
Candidates for this position will lead by doing; working the queue alongside staff. They will be a root-cause problem solver who fixes processes, not just claims.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or finance. MBA or MHA preferred.

10+ years of ambulatory revenue cycle experience, including 5+ years in leadership.

Recent, hands-on experience working denials, appeals, A/R follow-up and payment posting.
- Deep knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, NCCI edits and Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer rules.

Advanced skill with practice management systems, clearinghouses and payer portals.

Strong technology skills, including Excel and reporting skills; able to build A/R, denial and cash analyses.
