Since 1909, ADR has helped keep communities and businesses running with utility technology products, services, and expertise. Proudly New Zealand owned, we partner with the water, energy, agriculture, and industrial sectors to deliver practical solutions and trusted support.

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Wellington based team.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting the day-to-day delivery of our Meter Reading Services operation.

Working closely with Meter Readers, retailers, customers, and internal teams, you'll help ensure services are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You'll be a key link between our field teams and office-based teams, helping keep information flowing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring service commitments are met. No two days are quite the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, finding solutions, and working with a wide range of people.

You stay calm under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, adapt to changing priorities, and build positive working relationships with people from all walks of life. You bring a practical, resilient, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and aren't afraid to tackle difficult conversations when needed.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a coordination, administration, or operational support role

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Strong geographical knowledge of New Zealand

  • A sense of humour and desire to be part of a lively, supportive team
