Job Summary

The Director of Employee Engagement leads the strategy, design, and execution of employee engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture, improve the employee experience, and support retention and performance. This role analyzes employee feedback, engagement survey results, workforce trends, and organizational data to identify opportunities, partner with leaders, and deliver scalable action plans. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership, translating insights into practical programs that foster inclusion, connection, accountability, and a high-performing employee experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the employee engagement strategy, including programs, communications, listening channels, and action planning processes that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Own engagement measurement practices, including employee surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, listening sessions, and other feedback mechanisms; analyze results to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate engagement data and workforce insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders.
• Partner across HR, Communications, Legal, Employee Relations, and business leadership to ensure engagement programs align with company priorities, employee needs, and applicable policies.
• Lead governance and reporting for engagement initiatives, including program effectiveness, adoption, outcomes, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Create executive-ready materials, dashboards, presentations, toolkits, and communications that help leaders understand engagement trends and take meaningful action.
• Stay current on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, and workforce culture trends; recommend practices that strengthen the company’s approach.
• May lead, mentor, or direct team members, or cross-functional project teams responsible for engagement programs and employee listening activities.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Travel up to 50%

Compensation

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
