We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Finegand team in Balclutha.
This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their Health & Safety career, with around one year of experience or exposure to workplace safety. Working closely with managers and employees, you'll support health and safety initiatives, coordinate investigations and reporting, maintain H&S systems, and contribute to continuous improvement activities that help keep our people safe and well.
Shift Pattern: This is a day shift role with some night shift requirement. Your hours will generally be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, however some flexibility may be required between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Appropriate notice will be provided for any changes to your working pattern.
