  • Implement blockchain-based business logic and asset management workflows.
  • Develop integrations between DLT networks, backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
  • Build and maintain transaction processing components, including asynchronous operations, event handling, and transaction state management.
  • Implement automated testing, including unit, integration, and fuzz testing.
  • Support blockchain infrastructure configuration, deployment automation, and CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical design decisions and troubleshoot complex DLT integration challenges.
  • Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production implementation activities.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible blockchain platforms.
  • Practical experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
  • Understanding of tokenization architectures and digital asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience integrating blockchain applications with backend systems and APIs.
  • Understanding of asynchronous processing, blockchain events, transaction finality, and failure handling.
  • Experience with smart contract testing frameworks, automated testing, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, deployment pipelines, and version control.
  • Ability to work independently from architectural specifications.

  • Experience with financial services, capital markets, or institutional digital assets.
  • Knowledge of custody integrations and transaction signing.
  • Familiarity with token standards and access-control mechanisms.
  • Experience with Rust or non-EVM blockchain ecosystems.
  • Polish language proficiency.
