We are now looking for enthusiastic and service-focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our award-winning restaurant and bar team. Guest Service - Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Menu Knowledge - Stay informed about our menu items, daily specials, and beverage options, confidently answering guest inquiries and making recommendations.
Presentation - Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with our presentation standards.
Cleanliness - Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and tables.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
Upselling - Utilise suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Compliance - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
What we need from you
Passion for Hospitality – A genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment.
Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Positive Mindset – A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Adaptability – The ability to multitask, remain organised, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Experience – Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role is advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate.
Flexibility – Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Working Rights – Must hold valid New Zealand working rights to be considered for this role.
