As an Operations Coordinator in our Christchurch branch, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward. You’ll coordinate solar projects across their lifecycle, handle administrative and technical tasks, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams while helping Christchurch become more energy-efficient.


Key reponsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and collaborate to ensure smooth project deliveries.

  • Complete SketchUp drawings; analyse bills; design solar/off-grid systems (full training provided)

  • Liaise with our customers to keep them updated on project progress, handle applications for Distributed Generation and Energy Retailers and organise electrical inspections.

  • Order stock , process deliveries, conduct stock checks, and maintain an organised warehouse.

  • Support general administration through email, phone and internal comms. 

  • Maternity cover until May 2027.


Experience

  • Previous experience in an operations or project coordination role.

  • Strong time management, organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priority tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Experience in using a CRM or similar software

  • Ideally, some solar industry knowledge or an interest in solar.

This is full time, 40 hours as week working in Christchurch as maternity cover until May 2027. However there could be scope to extend the role for an exceptional candidate.
