Paving Crew Members | Civil & Roading

About the Role

We're seeking experienced Paving Crew Members to join a busy civil team delivering paving, surfacing, and road maintenance projects. You'll be working as part of a close-knit crew across a range of roading and infrastructure projects, assisting with asphalt paving, site preparation, compaction, and general crew operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Due to the nature of the work, flexibility is essential, with regular night shifts and working away from home required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with asphalt paving and surfacing works
• Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Supporting paving, sealing, and road maintenance activities
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively as part of a paving crew
• Travelling to project sites and working night shift when required

What We're Looking For

• Experience in paving, asphalt, civil construction, or roading
• Experience working within a paving or surfacing crew
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and away work
• Class 2 licence and WTR endorsements advantageous but not essential
