RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading delivery and execution for your squad
- Owning technical direction and quality
- Technical mentorship and support for your team
- Stakeholder communication and partnership
- Continuous improvement
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership within a team.
- Experience reviewing code and guiding technical decisions for others, not just yourself
- Strong technical skills with C#, React, Typescript & AWS, sufficient enough to unblock others and review their work
- Excellent working knowledge of modern software delivery practices e.g. CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, DevOps
