Position Overview
Anastasia Talent Group is recruiting a Special Education Paraeducator for a confidential school client. The primary responsibility is to support an individual student with specific educational, social, and emotional needs. The paraeducator joins a collaborative school team focused on student learning and helps provide a rigorous, fast-paced, and highly structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to a student with specific educational, social, and emotional needs.
Support student learning within a structured school environment.
Work collaboratively with school teammates and share responsibility for student learning.
Participate in scheduled professional development and relevant evening family events.

Compensation and Professional Development
The annual salary range is $34,993–$50,681. Professional development is scheduled throughout the school year and includes opportunities for staff collaboration.
Work Environment and Schedule
Onsite role in a school setting.
Staff schedule is Monday–Friday, with daytime hours.
Scheduled professional development includes Friday afternoon sessions.
Attendance and participation in relevant evening family events are expected.
