We’re seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support a major platform implementation for a not-for-profit community housing organisation in Parramatta.
Your day-to-day will centre on development requests and deployments, with the implementation currently focused on Enterprise Asset Management.
Working alongside BAs who handle user-level testing, you’ll provide the technical expertise to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues and validate platform configuration, scripts and integrations before release.
What you’ll do
We’re seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support a major platform implementation for a not-for-profit community housing organisation in Parramatta.
Your day-to-day will centre on development requests and deployments, with the implementation currently focused on Enterprise Asset Management.
Working alongside BAs who handle user-level testing, you’ll provide the technical expertise to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues and validate platform configuration, scripts and integrations before release.
What you’ll do
- Deliver development and configuration requests across workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Deploy changes across development, test, and production environments, including release readiness checks and post-deployment validation.
- Perform technical and administrator level testing, covering platform functionality, integrations and, regression testing.
- Develop and support REST integrations, troubleshooting API functionality, data flows and, platform issues.
- Review vendor developed solutions, coordinate technical requests, and manage defects through remediation and retesting.
- Work closely with BAs, ICT stakeholders and external vendors, maintaining clear technical and release documentation.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with development and configuration.
- Experience with EAM and CSM
- Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions.
- Confidence working with third-party technology vendors, reviewing technical deliverables and constructively challenging solutions where needed.
- Experience with API integration and Sage Financial System integration would be advantageous, though not essential.
- Varied technical work across ServiceNow development, integrations, testing and releases.
- 3 month contract with high likelihood of extensions
