We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a busy and well-established engineering workshop in Whanganui. This role offers a mix of fabrication, welding, structural steel work, pipework, maintenance, and general engineering projects across a range of industrial and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Fabricating and welding structural steel and general engineering components
- Pipe fabrication and welding as part of project and maintenance work
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Workshop-based fabrication with some site work as required
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills
- Experience with pipework fabrication and welding
- Ability to work from drawings with minimal supervision
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work
