The Opportunity 

We're looking for a highly organized and people-focused Talent Manager to oversee our promotional staffing network and support the successful delivery of campaigns nationwide. 

This newly created role combines recruitment, onboarding, training, staffing coordination, payroll preparation, and campaign reporting. You'll play a key role in supporting our people, ensuring campaigns are fully resourced, and helping deliver exceptional results for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing management of our promotional staffing pool. 

• Coordinate campaign training and staff communications to ensure teams are informed, prepared, and set up for success. 

• Manage staffing requirements across multiple campaigns, proactively filling shifts and arranging cover when required. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for promotional staff, providing support, guidance, and solutions to day-to-day queries. 

• Maintain accurate staff records, employment documentation, and onboarding processes. 

• Prepare weekly campaign reporting, including staff feedback, activity results, photos, and campaign insights. 

• Review timesheets, expenses, and mileage claims, preparing payroll information for processing. 

• Build strong working relationships with staff and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. 

• Monitor recruitment needs and workforce planning to support future growth across the Activate division. 

About You 

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. 

• The ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deadlines. 

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. 

• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and personality types. 

• Able to be adaptable and organized in a fast-moving environment. 

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, account coordination, event staffing, promotions, or a similar people-focused role will be highly regarded.
