We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Guard / Armed Security Officer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a motivated security professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and extensive operational security experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising security personnel, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the safety and security of clients, assets, and personnel.

About you

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Certificate III in Security Operations

• Current ACT Security Licence

• Demonstrated firearms experience and competency (essential)

• Firearms H class licence or ability to obtain

• Current driver's licence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional presentation and appearance

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise security personnel

• Former Police or Military experience (highly desirable)
