Ready to take what you know about ecommerce and do more with it? Join a creative retail business where you can influence the online shopping experience, put your ideas into practice and see how your work contributes to sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this 12-month maternity cover role, you take ownership of day-to-day ecommerce delivery across the business’s online stores. You work closely with the owners, marketing and design colleagues to keep products, campaigns and customer experiences running smoothly.

There is scope to stretch your skills through a planned Shopify website project, better online merchandising and fresh ideas for growth. The owners are happy to train the right person, making this a strong next step for an ecommerce coordinator ready for greater responsibility.

  • Bring products to life through engaging imagery, descriptions and merchandising.
  • Coordinate email campaigns and website content that encourage customers to buy.
  • Use sales and website reporting to spot opportunities and improve conversion.
  • Contribute to a new Shopify store and help shape its customer experience.
  • Build customer loyalty through helpful service and smooth order coordination.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You bring practical experience maintaining an ecommerce website, updating products and supporting digital campaigns. You could be an ecommerce coordinator ready to step up, or a digital marketing generalist who enjoys the daily detail of online retail.

You have an eye for layout, enjoy telling a product’s story and feel comfortable using numbers to understand what works. You are curious, organised and happy to get involved, whether you are suggesting an improvement or helping a customer with an order.

  • Hands-on ecommerce experience, with Shopify knowledge an advantage.
  • A good eye for imagery, layout and consistent brand presentation.
  • Confidence creating product content and supporting email campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret sales reports, spreadsheets and website analytics.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
