What You'll Be Doing
Developing new business opportunities and building relationships with finance hiring managers
Managing the full recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to placement
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing Accountancy & Finance professionals for temporary and contract opportunities
Matching talented professionals to suitable opportunities
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Attending networking events and representing Reed within the local business community
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team success

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and resilient approach
Confidence engaging with new contacts and identifying opportunities
A target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
