Armstrong's Prestige Wellington is home to five premium automotive brands – Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover – all under one roof.

We're looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our established team, oversee daily workshop operations and maintain high standards of productivity, workmanship and customer service.

Working closely with two experienced Service Managers, you'll coordinate workshop workflow, support technicians, manage job allocation and ensure manufacturer standards are consistently met.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of three years' experience working within an automotive service department, including demonstrated people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, workshop processes and warranty procedures
• Proven ability to coordinate workflow, manage team productivity and maintain operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Strong numerical reasoning, problem-solving and administrative skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship, customer service and continuous improvement
• Current full driver's licence

Strong preference will be given to applicants with experience using Units.Previous experience with prestige or European automotive brands, including Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar or Land Rover, would also be advantageous.

Hours of work
This is a permanent, full-time salaried position of 45 hours per week, rostered between Monday and Saturday.
