Assignment:

• Part-time 0.80 FTE temporary replacement teaching position
• Instructing as a grade 4 generalist 
• Duties to commence as soon as possible and will continue until December 18, 2026, with the possibility of extension

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and Experience teaching Division 2 students would be considered an asset 
• Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experience
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Ability to support diverse learners and differentiate instruction to meet  a variety of student needs 
• Ability to be flexible in assigned duties 
• Background and/or experience in Literacy and Numeracy Intervention would be considered an asset 
• Passion for education and a commitment to ongoing student success 
• Ability to differentiate instructional strategies to effectively meet a wide range of individual needs and abilities
• Willingness to work in a team-orientated environment
• Assessment literate 
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective classroom management that facilitates a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students 
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
