Sr. Engineer Fuse Box Design & Development

Ø  Having knowledge of 3D software (Catia V5R25/Solid works)

Ø  3D software module knowledge: surfacing, solid modeling, sheet metal, assembly, drafting

Ø  Knowledge of DFMEA & GD&T

Ø  Knowledge of W/H, electrical distribution, fuses & Plastic Parts

Ø Having experience in component manufacturing

Working experience in automobile industry

Ø  Concept to final design & development of new component like fuse box, relay box, junction box & related parts.

Ø  Design review & validation for the new product development

Ø  Design and Development of plastic and rubber automotive reverse engineering, technical support.

Ø  Detailing of the products for final part and tool manufacturing

Ø  Part modeling, surfacing, sheet metal, assembly and drafting

Ø  Mechanical & electrical design calculations

Ø Document preparation like handling manual, product standard, design intension sheet

Preparation of DFMEA & tolerance analysis
