About the role:
As a Cabinet Maker within our team, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing of our high-end joinery. Part of a skilled team, you will ensure the coordination and timely completion of cabinetry assembly and detailing.
This full-time position is based in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture quality products across a range of joinery projects - kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, entertainment units, be-spoke joinery and more
Construct and assemble cabinetry pieces in line with design specifications
Work closely with Workshop supervisor, and other team members to meet deadlines and maintain the highest of quality standards
Investigate and implement performance improvements
Assist with installations if required
About You:
Has proven experience as a skilled joiner (trade qualifications ideal but not essential).
Quality focused on delivering high-end work and efficiency in your approach with a keen eye for detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in the workplace
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
