What You'll Be Doing
- Serving customers at the counter and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales
- Processing orders and payments accurately
- Answering phone enquiries and coordinating customer orders
- Assisting with stock management, replenishment, and general housekeeping
- Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day branch operations
What You Need
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or trade counter experience would be advantageous
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
