Extrusion Machine Operator – Afternoon Shift

Airport Oaks | Monday to Friday, 3PM - 11PM | Ongoing Temp Role

We’re seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator to join our client’s plastics manufacturing plant in Airport Oaks. This is an afternoon shift role (Monday to Friday, 3PM - 11PM), suited to someone who understands the demands of working on their own and thrives in a hands-on, technical environment.

About the Role

The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines

• Monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

• Troubleshooting and adjusting machine settings as required

• Following all safety and operational procedures

Training will be provided, with ongoing support until you are confident and settled in the role.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment (preferred)

• Strong technical or mechanical aptitude

• Previous afternoon shift experience and ability to manage the demands of this schedule

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
