About the role

You will be accountable for design, commercial, quality, time and budget outcomes on a major new hospital redevelopment. You will lead a team of 25–30 public servants and specialist consultants, manage the delivery partner relationship and negotiate complex commercial arrangements. You will engage clinicians, hospital executives and the community, and report to government and the project board with strong governance, risk and probity.

Key responsibilities

About you

• 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure projects

• Health infrastructure experience (strongly desired)

• A record of working with senior government stakeholders

• A safety-first, inclusive leadership style
