Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Python development, Software Engineering, or AI/ML Engineering
• Strong hands-on Python, REST APIs, FastAPI, Pydantic, and boto3
• Amazon Bedrock and LLM/Generative AI integration
• Hands-on development of AI Agents / Agentic workflows, preferably Strands Agents
• RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
• PostgreSQL / pgvector
• Strong Prompt Engineering, including structured outputs, testing, optimization, and evaluation
• Amazon Textract
• AWS and Docker
• Automated testing and AI evaluation
• AI security, data protection, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will design and build production-grade AI applications using Python and Amazon Bedrock, develop RAG and vector-search solutions, build AI agents and agentic workflows, create reusable FastAPI/Pydantic services, integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data, and implement AI safeguards, evaluation, testing, traceability, security, and performance optimization.
