岗位描述 (Job Responsibilities)

1. 跟踪行业物流前沿新技术在制造业的应用，通过可行性分析，在公司范围内导入，提高物流整体运行效率。

(Track the application of cutting-edge logistics new technologies in the manufacturing industry, and introduce them within the company through feasibility analysis to improve overall logistics operational efficiency.)

1. 指导并带教物流运行工程师通过VSM等分析工具的应用，分析并消减生产运行环节中的浪费，提高运行效率和工程师的业务能力。

(Guide and mentor logistics operations engineers to analyze and eliminate waste in production operations through the application of VSM and other analysis tools, improving operational efficiency and engineers' business capabilities.)

1. 具备全新项目的物流规划方案制定及实施能力，并能带教物流运行工程师，配合IBU规划部门测算新项目物流成本。

(Possess the ability to formulate and implement logistics planning solutions for new projects, and mentor logistics operations engineers to cooperate with the IBU planning department in calculating new project logistics costs.)

1. 通过研究不同布局模式的差异性，提出阶段性的布局改善方案，并组织方案落地实施。

(Propose phased layout improvement solutions by studying the differences in various layout modes, and organize the implementation of the solutions.)

1. 通过参与工厂改善项目，协助进行项目可行性分析，并加以实施。

(Assist in project feasibility analysis and implementation by participating in factory improvement projects.)

1. 负责物流指标管理日常推进工作，对存在的问题点，提出预防性防错方案。

(Responsible for the daily promotion of logistics indicator management, and propose preventive error-proofing solutions for existing problems.)

1. 根据部门年度目标，推进IMS物流要素成熟度管理和提升。

(Promote IMS logistics element maturity management and improvement according to departmental annual goals.)

1. 通过物流规划、运行工程师所负责的项目跟踪，给予指导和带教，在必要时候，参与外部支持工作。

(Provide guidance and mentorship through project tracking by logistics planning and operations engineers, and participate in external support work when necessary.)

任职条件 (Job Requirements)

1. 大学本科及以上学历 (Bachelor's degree or above)
2. 工业工程、物流、机械专业等 (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors)
3. 4年以上物流工作或相关岗位工作经验 (4 years or more of logistics work or related position experience)
