Reform Radiology was established by a passionate group of doctors in 2023 to improve accessibility to essential Radiology services in the Ōtautahi-Christchurch region. We are looking for an Admin Team Lead to manage, support and develop an already fantastic team of Patient Care Coordinators as they provide first class customer service and patient care. 

Based at our Antigua Street branch in central Christchurch and reporting to the Operations Manager, this highly rewarding role will suit a switched on customer focused professional who has the experience and ability to develop effective working relationships in a busy and high functioning environment. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, with hours that may vary slightly from week to week, but working across both our Christchurch branches there will be heaps of variety, flexibility and opportunity to develop.

While experience in a healthcare setting is important, it will be your proven ability to lead, organise and empower your team that will set you up to succeed. 

Key responsibilities of the role are to:
•    Lead, support and develop our teams of patient care coordinators
•    Be involved in recruitment, selection and training of new team members
•    Motivate & empower the team through performance appraisal & coaching
•    Manage staff rosters and submit timesheets
•    Oversee the processing of claims, invoicing & payments and other administrative duties

As our ideal candidate you will bring:
•    Proven record of effective team leadership, including recruitment, coaching, performance management
•    Previous experience in medical administration, reception & accounts
•    Excellent IT skills & tech savvyness with the ability to pick up new systems with ease 
•    Experience working with COMRAD is highly desirable
•    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with and between staff, patients & referrers
•    High level of professionalism, personal presentation and accountability
•    Ability to travel between our Christchurch branches is essential
