Cathara Consulting are seeking a HRIS & People Systems Advisor join a major transformation and continuous improvement program - help keep core HR and payroll systems reliable, compliant and easy to use. Working across SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll partner with Payroll, HR, IT and business stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and support system initiatives.

- Provide specialist advice and translate business, payroll and legislative requirements into practical system improvements.
- Understand and translate business and legislative requirements into effective solutions
- Lead system, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support releases, upgrades and integrations.
- Analyse and reconcile workforce and payroll data, deliver reporting and champion data quality and governance.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve compliance, governance and user experience
About you
- Demonstrated experience in People Systems, HRIS or Payroll, with enterprise HR and payroll systems exposure. SAP or SuccessFactors highly regarded.
- Demonstrated implementation, upgrade, integration or remediation project experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and compliance, with experience translating requirements into system outcomes and leading or coordinating testing, including UAT.
- Strong analytical, data validation and workforce and payroll reporting skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly and influence a diverse stakeholder group
- Experience supporting organisational change or major transformation programs.
