As the business continues to grow into 2027 and beyond, we remain grounded in how we operate, with attention to detail, efficiency, accountability, and pride in delivery at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols

  • Monitor progress against programme and budget, and report regularly to senior management

  • Manage site personnel, including induction, supervision and performance

  • Carry out regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to specifications

  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports and documentation

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

  • Manage site security, access control and housekeeping standards

  • Identify and resolve issues or delays that may affect project delivery

  • Ensure environmental compliance and sustainable practices on site

  • Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation as required

Who We're Looking For

We invite applications from people who bring energy, structure, professionalism, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset to their work.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in site management, construction management, or a similar supervisory role on residential projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and health and safety regulations

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office applications, with experience in construction software such as Fieldwire, Procore, or Buildxact preferred

  • Physical capability to carry out regular site inspections and walk-throughs

  • Current or ability to obtain relevant health and safety certifications, including a Site Safe passport

  • A current full driver's licence

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field are desirable

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package

  • Company vehicle

  • Phone, laptop, and iPad

  • A diverse range of residential, development, and commercial projects

  • A stable, supportive, and performance-focused team environment

  • Opportunities for growth and progression through 2027 and beyond
