Fixed-Term Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
Are you looking for a part-time role where you can use your customer service skills to make a difference?
PGG Wrightson's Agritrade Contact Centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a fixed-term basis, working three days per week from our Christchurch office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You'll be part of a supportive team helping customers with enquiries, account support and administrative tasks across our Agritrade business.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting customers via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer enquiries.
- Processing and maintaining customer information and records.
- Assisting with account administration and general Contact Centre activities.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre.
What you'll bring
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Accurate data-entry and administrative capability.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous contact centre, administration or customer service experience would be highly regarded.
- An interest in agriculture or New Zealand's rural sector would be an advantage.
