  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate firmwide growth priorities into actionable business plans, client strategies, and market initiatives.
  • Develop the firm’s business development analytics and client intelligence capabilities, using data and insights to guide strategy, investment, and accountability.
  • Advise attorneys on client development, relationship management, and business development opportunities across the firm.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in business development, client development, marketing or other professional services settings; law firm experience preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and develop business development professionals, advise senior stakeholders on growth strategy, manage complex cross-functional initiatives and competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of seniority in a fast-paced environment.
