Remuneration & Nominations Committee Member (HR/People Specialist)

Remuneration: £2,625 per annum

Commitment: Three annual evening committee meetings (virtual) and attendance at two annual board strategy away days

Are you a senior HR leader looking to apply your expertise in a non-executive role?

We're seeking an experienced HR/People professional to join our Remuneration & Nominations Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to provide independent challenge, scrutiny and strategic insight on people-related matters, helping to shape our approach to remuneration, succession planning, workforce strategy, organisational culture and development.

We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience at Director level or equivalent who can bring a strong understanding of strategic people leadership, organisational development and HR governance. Housing sector experience is welcome but not essential, and we encourage applications from candidates across a range of sectors who can bring fresh perspectives.
