We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an immediate start. This role involves safely loading, moving, stacking, and transporting timber and wood products using forklifts and related equipment while maintaining product quality and ensuring a safe, compliant, and tidy work environment.

In addition to forklift duties, you will be required to assist with manual handling tasks and support the production line as needed.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in the timber industry or a similar environment (preferred)

• Manufacturing or production experience (essential)

• A willingness to undertake manual labouring tasks when required

• A current Forklift Licence with F Endorsement (essential)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• The ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding work

• Flexibility to work extended hours and early starts when required

• Reliable transport

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check
