We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a 6-month assignment based in Wiri to start immediately. You will provide administrative and project support to help coordinate the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document version control through ACONEX and internal project platforms
- Maintain drawing and design registers, project records, and a centralized project database
- Review project documentation to identify requirements, deliverables, and deadlines
- Prepare, format, and proofread reports and submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support project managers with administrative tasks, reporting, project close-out, and handover documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or manufacturing
- Experience with construction processes, project documentation, and ACONEX
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders
