We are currently in search of a Finance Manager to join our Finance, Accounting & Controlling department of the Marquardt Group in our location Veles (North Macedonia).
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops Finance, Accounting & Controlling team to act as a proactive business partner for the organization to ensure sustainable profitable growth
- Provides support on handling complex business topics
- Prepares regular reports with analyses on revenues, costs, liabilities, credit conditions, income statement, AP/AR, etc. and presents findings and recommendations to the management
- Prepares annual budget and monthly P&L forecast
- Prepares monthly cash flow forecast
- Responsible for the verifications and analysis of General Ledger to make sure the account status is correct and complied with policies and regulations
- Review and optimize financial procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Compliance responsible
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree and above with financial related major.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Financial & Accounting field with at least 2 years people management role.
- High proficiency on ERP in finance and controlling module (preferred SAP)
- Experience in automotive or electronics area of an international group is preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Good capability of organizing and prioritizing
- Strategic thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
