At Just Kidz Albany, we believe that when teachers feel valued, supported and inspired, amazing things happen for tamariki.
We’re a beautiful, well-resourced centre in Albany, with thoughtfully designed spaces for each age group. Inspired by Reggio Emilia and RIE, our environment is rich in natural resources and loose parts, encouraging tamariki to explore, investigate, ask questions and discover the world in their own unique ways.
Our team is passionate, purposeful and positive. We work together, share ideas and build meaningful relationships to create a place where both Tamariki and Kaiako can thrive.

🌼 Who are we looking for?
We’d love to hear from someone who:
Brings warmth, initiative, passion and positive energy to their work.
Builds respectful, responsive relationships with tamariki, whānau and colleagues.
Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team.
Is organised, confident with basic computer tasks and able to manage their time well.
Is interested in play-based learning and supporting children's curiosity and independence.
Has an interest in Reggio Emilia and RIE philosophy (experience is an advantage, not essential).
Qualified or unqualified, if you have a genuine passion for working with Tamariki and a willingness to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
