We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role within a major technology transformation programme. This position will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects and vendors to ensure solutions are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
You will lead requirements gathering activities, facilitate workshops, analyse business processes, document detailed requirements and support solution design and delivery activities. The role requires someone who can comfortably navigate both technical and business conversations while maintaining a strong focus on achieving programme outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned BA who enjoys working in complex delivery environments and contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key requirements
- Extensive experience in business analysis within enterprise technology environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling and documentation skills.
- Experience working alongside architects, project managers and delivery teams.
- Understanding of systems integration, cloud platforms or technical solution delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability.
