Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will act as the second-in-command to the Marketing Manager, supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across the company's property portfolios. You will manage day-to-day operations and lead the marketing team in the Marketing Manager's absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong digital expertise and leadership skills to drive impactful initiatives.

• Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans; optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print media.
• Act as the leader within the marketing department, providing mentorship, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met when the manager is absent.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), oversee SEO content optimization, and handle community/social media management.
• Conduct market research, track campaign performance metrics, and prepare ROI evaluation reports to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external creative agencies, partners, and vendors; manage promotional events and support material inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of digital channels, CMS content management (non-coding), and media buying platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok).
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, CRM), content creation platforms (Canva, Planable, Hootsuite), and basic graphic design direction.
• Exceptional multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments, strong written/verbal communication, and proven success in running marketing campaigns.
