Job description 🚗 Car Finance Sales Advisor – CarPow (Hamilton)

Looking to earn over $100k?

CarPow is hiring in Hamilton. Customers come to us already approved for finance. Your job is to get them into the right vehicle and get the deal done.

This is an office role. Not hybrid.

💰 What's on offer

• Base $70k+ (we'll go higher for the right person)

• Commission $36k–$48k+ OTE, no cap — strong people here clear $100k

• Paid for results

🎯 What you'll do

Call customers who've applied and been approved. Talk them through the loan and the car. Ask for the business. Get the paperwork right so nothing stalls at the end.

Not every call is easy. Some customers go quiet, some say no, some aren't in the mood. You pick up the next call anyway.

We have CRM and AI. Use them to sell more, not to do less.

✅ What we need

• Sales, call centre or customer service experience

• Comfortable on the phone and fine with hearing no

• Self-starter — you don't sit on work waiting for someone else

• Careful with detail

• Willing to do what it takes to get a deal over the line
