About the job

As a casino Floor Supervisor at Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao, you have a helicopter view over all casino floor operations and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your shift. You closely coordinate the main supporting departments on the floor — housekeeping, the bar, and the Players Club — to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-serviced gaming environment at all times.

Acting as the main point of contact on the floor, you resolve guest and operational issues while providing strong leadership and oversight. Your coordination and leadership directly impact guest satisfaction, operational flow, and the overall quality of the casino experience.

The position

• Maintain overall oversight of casino floor operations

• Supervise and support floor staff during the shift

• Monitor staffing levels and attendance (AO)

• Coordinate with housekeeping, bar, and Players Club teams

• Act as the main contact for guests and floor-related issues

• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Handle incidents and guest complaints professionally

• Report staffing and operational performance to management

About you

• Completed MBO education, preferably in Hospitality, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, casino background is an advantage

• Strong leadership and coordination skills on a busy floor

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Confident decision-maker and problem solver

• Comfortable enforcing procedures and standards

• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication skills and a team player

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Papiamentu; Dutch is a plus
