As a Department Team Leader, you'll inspire and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high stock standards, and driving store performance. Your role will combine passionate leadership with hands-on management, ensuring your team thrives in a high-energy environment. Previous management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Exceptional visual merchandising skills
A knack for maintaining high standards of store presentation

Professional and business-like manner and appearance
You’ll Need:
Proven leadership experience in a retail setting with a ‘lead by example’ mentality
Experience in a big box retail environment (or strong small-box leadership skills to grow in a bigger setting)
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Initiative and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team effectively
