NZ Cheap Cars is growing, and we're urgently looking for a motivated, confident and sales-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Consultant to join our busy Botany branch!

We're looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, deliver outstanding customer service and maximise finance and insurance opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist customers with vehicle finance applications and approvals.
Promote and sell insurance products, including Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI), GAP, PPI and CVI.
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders and the sales team.
Manage finance documentation and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
Follow up with customers and maximise sales opportunities.
Work closely with the Branch Manager and sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience from finance application through to vehicle delivery.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive finance, insurance or vehicle sales is highly desirable.
Strong sales skills and a target-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling customer objections and closing sales.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy dealership environment.
A positive attitude, professional presentation and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous F&I experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Available to start immediately or at short notice.
Working Days & Availability – Please Read Carefully
This position requires a 6-day working week, including both Saturday and Sunday.
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Fixed day off: Thursday.
Weekend availability is essential, and applicants must be able to commit to this schedule.
