Senior Vehicle Sales Consultant | Dublin Southside | €60k+ OTE + Company Car
Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established car dealership on Dublin's Southside. They're looking for an experienced, driven sales professional to join their team.

- €60,000+ OTE
- Uncapped commission, so your earnings grow with your results

What you'll be doing
- Selling new and used vehicles to hit volume targets while protecting margin
- Selling finance, insurance, warranty and accessory products alongside each sale
- Using a structured, effective sales process from first contact to handover
- Building customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat and referral business
- Knowing your product range, pricing and key features inside out, along with what competitors offer
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years' sales experience in a competitive, target-driven environment
- A proven record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Experience managing existing customer relationships and winning new business
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer focus
- Energy, drive and commitment to succeeding in sales
- Experience with a leading volume franchise is a distinct advantage
