Managing routine Companies Office administration, including annual returns and company updates
Supporting AML/KYC and Financial Advice administration

Helping keep the Auckland office running smoothly
Using AI and automation tools as part of day-to-day workflows and helping improve the way we work
About you

Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organised and follow things through
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
Strong attention to detail
Confident and competent using AI tools in a professional environment
Comfortable learning new systems, automation and technology
Can work independently and knows when to escalate
