Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation-Physical Therapy

Shifts Available: Days

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm 

and Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm 

Location: Providence Medical Center- Kansas City, KS

 

Join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact through one-on-one, patient-centered care. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while helping individuals restore strength, mobility, function, and independence. Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, vestibular, lymphedema, and pelvic health conditions in a collaborative environment that values evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide patient education, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver exceptional one-on-one outpatient care focused on functional recovery

Qualifications

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: 

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
